Perth Wildcats secure Knightcorp as a major partner News Monday, 07 July 2014 The Perth Wildcats are excited to announce that insurance broking firm Knightcorp Insurance Brokers have signed a major, multi-year agreement to become the naming-rights partner of the Wildcats Dancers. The Knightcorp Dancers will bring a fresh, new look to Perth Wildcats home games and add to what is already one of the best atmospheres in Australian sport. Knightcorp Insurance Brokers have had corporate hospitality with the Perth Wildcats for the past two seasons and were excited to take the next step in becoming the Business Insurance Partner of the reigning NBL Champions. “The Wildcats have always appealed to me as a responsible, positive organisation that are greatly respected by the wide community of WA. Our decision to partner with them was a simple one because Knightcorp have similar values. We have access to fantastic insurance products and offer a market-leading service so we really should be talking about it,” said Knightcorp director Wayde Knight. “Knightcorp Insurance Brokers is a dynamic firm and we see the Dancers in the same light. While our business is very professional and we take what we do very seriously, we also like to have a good time along the way. “We’re also very impressed with the Perth Wildcats work in the Western Australian community, so teaming up with them and being a part of that side of their work is something that appealed to us greatly.” Perth Wildcats managing director Nick Marvin said he is very pleased to have Knightcorp Insurance Brokers on board. “The staff at Knightcorp Insurance Brokers work tirelessly to build long-lasting relationships that provide their clients with the best possible service and outcome, which is very similar to the attitude we take into looking after our members and supporters,” said Mr Marvin. “Our game night entertainment is a big part of what we do and the Knightcorp Dancers will play a major role in ensuring that our fans are enjoying a great night out.” Knightcorp Insurance Brokers is the first in a series of exciting new corporate partnerships to be announced by the Perth Wildcats in the 2014 NBL off-season.
