Knightcorp Email Address Update - What You Need to Know

News

As part of our ongoing rebrand and the upcoming launch of our new website, Knightcorp is updating all staff email addresses. This change will help align our communication with our refreshed brand identity and our commitment to the future of insurance.

What’s Changing?

From Tuesday 8th April, our team will begin transitioning to a new email domain and new standardised username formats.

We’re moving from:
@knightcorp.net.au
To:
@knightcorp.insure

Example:
Old: johns@knightcorp.net.au
New: john.smith@knightcorp.insure

What This Means for You

  • No disruption to communication: Emails sent to our previous addresses will still reach us thanks to email forwarding.

  • Security notifications: Some email providers may display a warning like "the sender may not be who they appear to be". This can be resolved by asking your IT team to whitelist our new domain: @knightcorp.insureHow to Enable the First Contact Safety Tip for Exchange Online Protection - Office 365 for IT Pros

What You Need to Do

  • Update your records with our new email addresses
  • Share this update with your IT team to whitelist @knightcorp.insure

  • Save our new addresses to your contacts to avoid filtering issues

If you have any questions, please contact your usual Knightcorp Account Manager or reach out to us at insurance@knightcorp.insure.

We appreciate your support as we roll out this next chapter in our journey.
